Houston High Rise Remodel

This Full Houston High Rise Remodel at Regency House is  located in upper kirby, and was completed by Greater Houston Flooring, and sister company Bunker Hill Builders of Texas. We specialize in high rise remodeling.

This high rise condominium features a wide 7″ engineered unfinished select grade white oak hardwood floor manufactured by Maxwell flooring in Arkansas. The two step dura seal staining process used on this remodel gave us a slight gray wash tone to the flooring. The hardwood floor finish used in this remodel is Bona Traffic HD Extra Matte water based finish, which allowed us to achieve a very natural sheen to the project. The flush transitions to tiled areas, and square trim installed on this Houston high rise condominium gave it a modern look.
